After leaving a voicemail Gene called me back immediately, then came out the same day to quote for whole home window replacement. Gene was courteous, knowledgeable, timely and professional. He told me to expect my quote within several days but under-promised and over-delivered by inboxing me the quote the same day! I’m very impressed, this company is dedicated to delivering outstanding customer care and the warranty on labor and installation proves that they stand behind their work. Highly recommend!

We are building a new home and knew Gene through mutual friends. He came out and showed us the Don Young windows and answered every questions we could throw at him! We purchased our windows from Milestone and are very happy so far. One window was hard to close and so Gene sent the factory rep out immediately to fix it to our satisfaction.
